Kevin Wimmer has reacted on Twitter to his Stoke City debut on Saturday.
The former Tottenham Hotspur centre-back, an £18 million signing, posted a decent first performance for the Potters in the 2-2 draw with Manchester United this past weekend.
The Austria international was a popular enough figure among Spurs fans, despite not playing a huge role in first-team duties over the past two seasons, and many would have been saddened to see him leave North London this summer.

The 24-year-old played a key role in helping Tottenham qualify for the Champions League in 2016 after proving himself a very decent replacement for the injured Jan Vertonghen over the course of a couple of months.
And Spurs supporters were keen to wish him congratulations following his performance against the Red Devils.
