With the group stages edging ever nearer, 20 sides go into the hat to decide who progresses to the play-off round

There’s still a long way to go until the Champions League group stages.
But sides from all over Europe are fighting it out for those coveted places – and are all set to learn their third qualifying round fate.

When is the draw being held?

The teams head into either a Champions Path (for league champions), or the League Path (for league non-champions).
Some big hitters join the draw at this stage, including Benfica, Dynamo Kiev and Fenerbahce.
The draw itself will take place on Monday, July 23 in Nyon, Switzerland.
It is scheduled for 11am UK time and the first-legs will be played on 7 and 8 August, with the return fixtures on August 14.

How can I watch it?

Although not on TV, the draw will be shown on Uefa’s website.
Tune in from 10.45am to see how things unfold.
