Unai Emery reveals who will start in goal for Arsenal against Blackpool in the Carabao Cu



Unai Emery has confirmed that Petr Cech will start in goal for Arsenal against Blackpool in their Carabao Cup encounter tonight.
Cech started the season and displayed good form, however, his kicking has come into question after the new head coach asked him to build play from the back this season.
However, the former Chelsea star injured his hamstring during the win against Watford earlier this month which meant that summer signing Bernd Leno got a run in the side following his £22.5million move from Bayer Leverkusen.

The German has been in impressive form the last few weeks, making crucial stops and displaying smart distribution which led to the Gunners scoring some fine team goals.

But Emery confirmed that Leno would sit out of the Blackpool tie.
Speaking ahead of the game, the Arsenal boss was questioned about the goalkeeping situation and said, as reported by the BBC :
